Piazza della Signoria with Palazzo Vecchio and statues

This page is the index of 24 reviews of platforms, official operators, tour companies and media that sell or cover Florence tickets. Each entry has a two-line verdict (from the 22/09/2026 fact-checks) and a link to the full page. It does not replace museum sites: it helps you avoid paying twice for the same slot.

Method and transparency (affiliation)

What we did. For each subject: company name where published, Florence prices compared with official lists (Uffizi €29 advance sale, Accademia €20+€4, Brunelleschi €30, Firenzecard €85, PassePartout €40), cancellation policy, Trustpilot/TripAdvisor where verifiable pages exist. Primary sources preferred; where Cloudflare blocked the fetch, site snippets and product feeds — never invented ratings or counts.

What we do not do. We do not pretend to be CoopCulture, Opera del Duomo or Firenze Musei. We do not «certify» skip-the-line options that do not exist.

Affiliation. alltours.florence.it / alltoursflorence campaign earns commission only from Tiqets and GetYourGuide when you click product or hub CTAs. The other 22 pages are informative: no affiliate link dressed up as «official». Editorial contact: travel@alltours.florence.it.

Platforms (10)

Tiqets — Part of Expedia since Q1 2026; reseller (Duomo B2B authorised, not Uffizi/Accademia channel). Uffizi from €25/€36 non-refundable; Trustpilot 4.3/5 on 61,124.

GetYourGuide — Berlin marketplace, not official. Trustpilot 3.9 (19% 1★) but app 4.9; concrete strength: 24 h cancellation on many products vs often non-refundable official tickets.

Headout — US reseller (2014), not official. Uffizi often €19.60–28 non-cancellable; Brunelleschi resold above €50 vs €30; Trustpilot 4.4 but BBB D-.

Tickitaly — Authorised Empoli agency, not an official ticket office. As of 22/09/2026 does not sell Uffizi; «no refund» policy after order submission.

Florence.net — Not official (on-page disclaimer); Uffizi checkout seen at €34 vs €29; orders via New Globus / florence-tickets.com (partner Trustpilot 2.8).

Turbopass — German GmbH; Florence City Pass from €93.90/1 day. Cancellation penalty €40/pass; Duomo not included; only worthwhile with many sites beyond Uffizi+Accademia.

florenceduomo.com — Affiliate of a private German party, not the Opera. Links to resellers €56–69 against Brunelleschi €30; honest disclosure, zero own reviews.

Viator — Tripadvisor marketplace. 1,000+ Florence products; typical Uffizi €37–49; Trustpilot 4.5 on 332 k — quality depends on the supplier.

Civitatis — ES reseller; Florence free tour 9.2/10 on 9,444 reviews. Trustpilot 4.5 with only 5% 1★.

Musement — S.p.A. TUI group, agent. Uffizi from €31/€44 often without refund; Trustpilot 4.0 but few recent reviews.

Official channels and operators (12)

Official Uffizi — Only tickets.uffizi.it (CoopCulture since 13/10/2025); forget B-ticket. €29 named non-refundable; 5-day PassePartout €40 unbeatable on Uffizi+Pitti+Boboli.

Official Accademia — Still B-ticket / Opera Laboratori; typical €24 online. No refund/change except forced closure.

Official Duomo — Opera sells direct: €30/€20/€15. Zero refunds even for bad weather; sold out online = sold out.

Firenzecard — Only public pass (€85/72 h). Not automatic skip-the-line: Uffizi/Accademia still need slots. GYG resells it at about +€9.

Civic Museums / MUS.E — Seller = City (bigliettimusei.comune.fi.it). Palazzo Vecchio €18+€1; on OTAs often €30+. Typical no withdrawal.

Walkabout Tours — Florence S.r.l. since 2007; 4.9/5 on 34,166 TA reviews. Best of Tuscany from €75; 24 h refund.

Florencetown — Towns of Italy SRL, Toscana DIA 2007. 4.8/5 on ~12 k TA; Accademia walk €82; watch 24 h vs 48 h in T&Cs.

Walks of Italy — Hornblower/City Experiences brand. Florence in a Day €127; 24 h cancellation with non-refundable exceptions.

LivTours — Semi-private max 6. Uffizi €119 pp; TA 5.0/1,044; 24 h cancellation.

Context Travel — Expert-led; Uffizi small group ~$231. 50% refund between 29 days and 48 h — among the stricter policies.

Free tour — Not «free»: expected tip €10–50. Ask for the badge (fines up to thousands of €). florencefreetour.com appeared offline as of Sep 2026.

City Sightseeing — Hop-on from €29/24 h; TA 3.5/569 (lowest in the set). Busitalia/FS from 2026; does not enter centre ZTL.

Media / comparators (2)

florencepasses.com — Affiliated comparator (2026 domain); all CTAs are tracked links. Firenzecard shown via GYG at €94 vs €85 official.

Audiala — Swiss SA audioguide app + ticket affiliate. Very low store ratings for volume; revenue from subscription + commissions.

How to use the hub in practice

  1. For museum entry only: open the official page (Uffizi / Accademia / Duomo) and compare the OTA «from» price.
  2. For tours: check TA volume + 24 h policy (Walkabout, LivTours) vs Context pricing.
  3. For passes: Firenzecard vs sum of singles vs Turbopass — mental calculator with break-evens in Florence Pass.
  4. Be wary of domains that imitate «uffizi.» / «duomo.» without a clear imprint.

Partner prices in Tiqets/GYG CTAs update from the feed; text verdicts stay anchored to the 22/09/2026 dossier.

Quick table: official vs resale (base Uffizi)

ChannelPrice order (22/09/2026)Typical refund
tickets.uffizi.it€29 / €25 / €20 afternoonNo
Tiqets€25 (+audio) / €36Often no on base
GetYourGuide€15–34 depending on slot/audioOften 24 h
Headout€19.60–28No on timed
Viator / Civitatis / Musement€31–49Mixed

If checkout is well above €29 without a guided tour included, you are paying markup or a «convenient» band. For the Dome, anything above the official Brunelleschi Pass €30 is resale or a package: the Opera says so in its FAQ.

What we see in complaints (without moralising)

Recurring dossier themes: «fast track» that is not real priority; vouchers to collect confused with named tickets; commercial passes without Duomo sold as «all Florence»; free tours without a badge; hop-on with long waits on the ring roads. These are not reasons to avoid every OTA — they are reasons to read the product page through to the cancellation policy and keep the official reference price in mind.

Checklist before paying on an OTA

  1. Compare the checkout total with the official list (Uffizi €29 advance sale, Accademia €20+€4, Brunelleschi €30, Firenzecard €85).
  2. Read whether the product is entry only, entry + audio or guided tour: three different things.
  3. Check cancellation: 24 h GYG on many titles vs often non-refundable official tickets.
  4. For the Duomo: verify whether the reseller appears on the Opera B2B list; otherwise stay on tickets.duomo.firenze.it.
  5. Be wary of domains that imitate «uffizi.» / «duomo.» without clear imprint and VAT number.

When Tiqets or GetYourGuide make sense

  • Official slots sold out but partner allotment still open.
  • You want an audioguide or combo in one voucher.
  • You need a more convenient language/checkout and accept a markup.
  • Tours and experiences (Chianti, cooking, hop-on) where no single «museum ticket» exists.

When they do not make sense: base Uffizi/Accademia/Dome entry with high markup and zero extra service. In that case the official channel remains first choice.

How to read the 24 pages without getting lost

Start by category: platform (OTA), official (museum/Opera/City), tour operator, media. Open only 2–3 pages relevant to today’s purchase, not all 24. The two-line verdicts above are the filter; numeric detail (Trustpilot, «from» prices) lives on the dedicated page and stays anchored to the 22/09/2026 dossier.

Closing: operators, tickets and prices

Twenty-four pages, one method, affiliation Tiqets/GYG only. If you need the lowest Uffizi, Accademia or Dome price, start from the official channel; if you need flexibility or a tour, read the verdict then the dedicated page. Honest tickets, prices and hours beat any self-proclaimed «official partner». Editorial contact: travel@alltours.florence.it · alltoursflorence campaign.

Frequently asked questions

Are you the official Uffizi ticket office?

No. The official channel is tickets.uffizi.it (CoopCulture). We compare prices and policies; we sell in affiliation only via Tiqets and GetYourGuide when we show product CTAs.

Why do some OTAs cost more than the museum?

They resell allotment or packages with audio/tour. Example: official Uffizi €29 in advance sale; on some platforms €31–49 appear. The difference is service and markup, not a «different museum ticket».

What is the official public pass?

The Firenzecard at €85 for 72 hours (Firenze Smart / City). Turbopass and commercial «Florence Pass» products are not public passes.

Are GetYourGuide and Viator authorised for the Duomo?

The Opera publishes a B2B list: Tiqets is on it; GetYourGuide, Viator, Headout and Civitatis do not appear on the list read in September 2026. The official Brunelleschi Pass remains €30 on tickets.duomo.firenze.it.

How did you choose the 24 subjects?

They cover the most searched platforms, official museum channels, tour operators with review volume and two media/comparator sites. List aligned with the site’s pages.ts.

Do you still update the scores?

The single verification date for the dossier is 22 September 2026. Trustpilot and «from» prices can move after that: on each page we note the date and invite you to re-check checkout.
