(VAT IT07978000961, Via Polesine 13, Milan, agency licence no. 170695 Lombardy Region, REA MI-1995020) was founded in 2013 and since 14/09/2018 has been part of TUI Group (TUI Musement division). In Florence it lists 332 experiences. It is not the official Uffizi or Accademia ticket office: it acts as agent for local suppliers (e.g. Slow Tour, ACCORD).

«Uffizi entry ticket and audioguide» from €44.00 (supplier Slow Tour). «Timed Uffizi access with audio app» from €31.00 (ACCORD ITALY SMART TOURS). Versus €29 official advance sale the delta runs from +7% to +52%. Accademia skip-line + audioguide from €35. Palazzo Vecchio: in the Musement catalogue bare entry does not appear — only guided/audio experiences, the cheapest around €47. No declared service commission on Uffizi listings: the markup is in the price.

Musement presents itself as agent: the real supplier (Slow Tour, ACCORD…) appears on the listing — read it before pay. Italian law and Legislative Decree 206/2005 cited in T&Cs. When to choose Musement (and when not)

Choose Musement if you need a TUI agency with an Italian phone for a tour/package and have read the supplier name. Avoid it if you want 24 h Uffizi flexibility or minimum price: that stays with the official ticket office. Accademia from €35 with audio should be weighed against €24 B-ticket.

If the badge says «Free cancellation» and the paragraph says «no refund due to partner terms», screenshot both before pay — in a dispute the product text counts.

The social signal thins. 2026 complaints (missing pick-up, WhatsApp, payment crashes) should be read together with TUI solidity and licence 170695: legal existence yes, checkout experience to verify product by product.
