GetYourGuide (GYG) is the big Berlin showcase for activities: tours, timed tickets, cooking, wine, hop-on. In Florence it claims 500+ results; on the Uffizi Gallery alone snippets speak of hundreds of offers. It is not an official ticket office: it acts as commercial agent for suppliers.

Verdict. The concrete edge versus museum channels (often non-refundable) is free cancellation at 24 h on many products, plus an excellent app and phone support including Italian. Pure price is almost always above the list; Trustpilot is the toughest among large OTAs (19% 1★). Worth it if you want flexibility and social-proof volume. Not worth it if you want the official €29 Uffizi or a Brunelleschi Pass at €30.

Reading supplier + time + inclusions avoids comparing apples with oranges. Originals products (in-house from 2018/19, relaunch 2023) are a distinct subset: in Florence you may see a Tuscan wine safari, not CoopCulture ticketing.
