Viator Inc. (Needham, MA), part of Tripadvisor since 2014 (roots 1995 in Sydney), is the experiences marketplace most cited by English speakers searching Florence tickets and tours. On viator.com/Florence 1,000+ results appear; on Uffizi Gallery alone 300+. It does not issue museum titles: it acts as a declared agent of third-party suppliers. Searches for «Viator reviews» and «is Viator reliable Florence» should be split into two layers: marketplace solidity and quality of the individual supplier.

Quick verdict. Maximum social proof (Trustpilot 4.5/5 on 332,229 at verification) and apps at 4.9. Typical Uffizi ticket stays €37–49 against €29 official advance sale. Worth it for small-group tours with thousands of product reviews and free cancellation. Not worth it for bare entry at minimum price.
