City Sightseeing in Florence is operated by Sightseeing Experience srl (Cavriglia, VAT 02193530512). From January 2026 the dossier indicates Busitalia / FS involvement. Contact: +39 055 290451. It is a hop-on hop-off service, not a museum pass and it does not include Duomo/Uffizi.

TA 3.5/569 is the main warning: many visitors conclude that walking or a selective taxi delivers more value. If you have reduced mobility, luggage between a hub and an out-of-centre hotel, or specifically want Fiesole with the view, the bus becomes useful again. Do not buy it with Firenzecard thinking they are the same product: the card does not include this hop-on, and the bus does not include museums.
